Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the subject and content of your message, and how you heard about us. If you call or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and service providers may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of a visit. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not process payments through the Site.

The Site uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to work:

• Age verification. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store a cookie so you are not asked again on each visit. It expires after one year.
• Spam and abuse protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that submissions come from real people. Cloudflare may process device and interaction data for this purpose under its own privacy policy.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, you may be asked to confirm your age again and some features may not work as intended.

• To respond to inquiries about seeds, clones, and availability.
• To schedule appointments and communicate about orders handled directly with the nursery.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam and fraud.
• To comply with legal, licensing, and regulatory obligations that apply to a licensed California cannabis business.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
